Are your gemstones natural? Yes! All of our gemstones are created by Mother Nature and contain natural imperfections that make each piece truly one-of-a-kind. These natural variations in color, clarity, and inclusions are not flaws - they're the signature of authentic, earth-made gemstones that add character and uniqueness to your jewelry.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo? Because each gemstone is naturally formed, slight variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are to be expected. Your piece will be similar to the photo but beautifully unique to you.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days via USPS.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my gemstone jewelry? Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and perfumes, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Each order includes detailed care instructions.

Is my jewelry water-resistant? We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to preserve its beauty and longevity.

Returns & Exchanges
